Shipping FAQs

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing if you require shipping nationally. All our products are shipped FREE Australia-wide. For international shipping pricing, see below.

When will I receive my package?

At Infinity Rose, we aim to get you your rose or roses as soon as possible.

For NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT metro area orders made before 12.00pm on weekdays, your package should arrive to you on the next business day. For metro area orders for delivery to SA, WA, NT and TAS made before 12.00pm on weekdays, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your package to arrive. If you require further information, please call our customer service line on 1300 660 381.

Please allow an extra day for Metro area orders made after 12.00pm.

Please allow up to 3 business days if you live in regional or remote areas.

For priority express shipping we use DHL. Please call Infinity Rose on 1300 660 381 before you place your order for confirmation as there will be an additional cost. 

Please note: Infinity Rose will not be held liable for delays within the courier delivery system.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes, however shipping to PO boxes usually takes longer. Delivery time is between 3 to 6 business days for metro areas, depending on your location. Regional areas may take longer for deliveries Australia-wide.

All PO BOX deliveries are done through Australia Post and are tracked. If you require priority express shipping, please call Infinity Rose on 1300 660 381 before you place an order for confirmation as there will be an additional cost.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once dispatched, you should receive an email from us at the end of the day with your tracking details. Please also check your junk email folder.

You can also track your package through any of our shipping service providers. You will need to enter the consignment number you should have received.

Do you deliver over the weekend?

Unfortunately not, however if you make an order over the weekend, your package will be dispatched on Monday (unless its a public holiday).

If I cannot see my tracking number in the tracker,
what can I do?

You can call the courier company directly for help. For DHL shipping enquiries call 13 14 06. For Couriers Please shipping enquiries call 1300 36 1000. For Australia Post shipping enquiries call 13 76 78.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but there is a cost for international shipping.
