Flawless customer service. Ordered a pink rose, wasn't happy about the size of the bud or quality of one of the leaves. Within minutes of sending an email someone called to assist me with my purchase even though it was 10:30 PM there in NSW! Easy return and replace policy, even marked my order for the replacement to meet my guidelines as best as possible.
