How much is a 24K gold rose in Australia?

At Infinity Rose, two current examples are A$209 for a gold rose with a premium clear lid display case and A$219 for a gold rose with a premium glass dome. These prices describe specific products in our range; they are not a market-wide average.

The most useful comparison is what arrives with the rose. A different presentation, gift bundle or optional extra can change the total even when both products are described as gold-dipped roses.

Gold Rose with Premium Glass Dome A$219 Gold-dipped rose, premium glass dome and certification card.

What does “24K gold rose” actually mean?

A real rose with a gold finish

For the products compared here, the starting point is a real rose finished in gold. The term “24K” describes the gold used for the finish. It does not mean the entire flower is made from solid gold.

That distinction matters when comparing listings. A gold-coloured ornament and a real gold-dipped rose can look similar in a small photograph while being very different gifts.

Read the full description

Look for a clear statement about the underlying flower, the finish and the supplied display. A product name alone may not tell you all three.

Our guide to gold-dipped roses explains the material differences in more detail. You can also explore the Infinity Rose process before choosing.

Four things to compare before the price

01 · The rose and finish

Check that the listing describes a real rose and identifies the finish. Do not assume that the words “gold rose”, “gold-coloured rose” and “gold-dipped rose” describe the same construction. Ask the seller if the description leaves that unclear.

02 · The display

A horizontal case and an upright dome create different displays. Compare the complete dimensions, not only the rose length. A gift can look beautiful online and still be too tall for the shelf where you want to place it.

03 · What comes in the box

Compare the included display, certification card, care instructions and any gift-set items. A larger bundle may have a higher price because it contains more than the rose. Keep like-for-like comparisons separate from bundle comparisons.

04 · Optional extras and delivery

Personal messages, plaques or other optional additions may affect your total. Review the chosen options and delivery charge before paying. If the gift is for a fixed date, check availability as carefully as the price.

Display case or glass dome?

The glass dome presents the rose upright, with room around the flower.

Choose the space first

Both featured roses are listed at approximately 27–29 cm long. Their displays have different footprints: the clear lid case is listed as 32 cm long, 11 cm wide and 16 cm high; the glass dome is 35 cm tall with a 14.5 cm base.

The case suits a lower shelf or a setting where you want to view the rose horizontally. The dome offers a taller presentation for a sideboard or display surface with enough clearance above it.

For these two specific products, the listed price difference is A$10. Let the recipient’s space and preferred presentation decide which feels right.

See our glass dome versus display case guide for more help choosing the format.

A simple buying checklist

  • Confirm whether the flower is real, preserved, metal-dipped or a decorative imitation.
  • Read the stated finish rather than judging the material from its colour.
  • Check the product’s full inclusion list and display dimensions.
  • Review the total with your selected extras and delivery.
  • Confirm availability and the expected delivery timing for your occasion.
  • Keep the care instructions supplied with the gift.

A thoughtful choice does not require the biggest bundle. A rose in the recipient’s preferred display, paired with a personal message, can be a more suitable gift than extras they may not want.

Your questions, answered

Is a 24K gold rose made entirely from solid gold?

The Infinity Rose products in this guide are real roses with a gold finish. “24K” describes that gold finish; it does not describe a flower made entirely from solid gold.

Why do gold rose prices vary?

Listings can differ in their underlying materials, finish, display, size and included gift items. Compare the full specification and final order total rather than the headline price alone.

Is the dome always more expensive than the case?

Not necessarily across every range or bundle. In the two examples checked for this guide, the dome is A$219 and the clear lid case is A$209. Follow the product links for current pricing.

Does the price include personalisation?

Do not assume it does. Check the product options and order summary to see whether your chosen personalisation or extra gift items add to the price.

Which gold rose should I choose for a gift?

Choose the display that fits the recipient’s home, then check the inclusions and delivery timing. The case offers a horizontal presentation; the dome displays the flower upright.

Choose the presentation that feels like them.

Start with the gold rose and clear lid case, or compare it with the dome above. Check the current product details, then add the message that makes the gift yours.
